Sales, inventory and invoices stay on your Windows device. License renewal requires periodic internet access.

One workspace for the shop

Search or scan products, build a cart, record payment and retain an invoice with the original product, price and tax details. Local reports connect the day’s sales, returns and cash records without pretending to be a full accounting system.

Offline-first, not cloud synchronisation

After activation, a valid digitally signed license lets you work without continuous internet. Refresh it online within its validity: at most seven days, capped by subscription expiry. No POS-data cloud sync is provided in V1.

Tools for daily operations

Sales and payments

Barcode/search, quantities, price edits, inclusive or exclusive tax, cash/card/bank-transfer records, partial returns and retained cancellations. Card processing is not a payment gateway.

Products and inventory

Categories, optional unique barcodes, piece/weight/volume units, low-stock visibility and a movement ledger. CSV/XLSX imports require preview, mapping and confirmation.

Printing and PDF

Local receipt profiles for 58/80 mm and A4/A5, PDF preview/export and an independent print queue. Installed Windows USB/network printer support depends on the driver; verify your hardware before use.

Encrypted backup and restore

Password-protected local backups of business data, settings, assets and print templates. Restore checks integrity and creates an encrypted rescue copy; device identity and license credentials are excluded.

Arabic, Turkish and English

The website, customer portal and Windows application support three languages, including Arabic right-to-left layouts. Financial amounts and identifiers remain unambiguous.

One business, one active POS device

Your subscription is managed by the server. The portal shows its real status, expiry and registered device. To move to another computer, request a reviewed transfer; a backup does not transfer activation. Renewal arrangements are made with CTRLZ-tech, not an online payment gateway.

Clear data ownership and security boundaries

Products, inventory, sales, returns, expenses and local invoices stay in your local SQLite database in V1. The server receives account, subscription, device/licensing and release requests, not shop transactions. Tokens use Windows secure storage; offline entitlement is signature-verified. The working business database itself is not encrypted: protect the Windows account and disk.

Built for counter-based businesses

Supermarket

Before you start

Do I need internet all the time?

No. First login, activation and periodic license refresh need a server connection. Afterwards, a valid signed license permits local work without continuous internet for at most seven days, never beyond subscription expiry.

Where are sales and stock stored?

In the Windows application’s local SQLite database. V1 does not upload products, inventory, sales, returns, expenses or local invoices to the server, and does not provide cloud sync.

What happens when internet is unavailable?

Continue local operations while the cached signed license remains valid. Downloads and online account requests wait for connectivity. If the local license expires, new operational writes are blocked while history, reports, exports and backup remain accessible.
